Transport Forum WA Inc (ABN 47 7893 697 446) is a non-profit organization and is Western Australia’s peak road transport industry training provider. Transport Forum is committed to protecting the information it holds concerning you. We only collect information provided by you on your training course registration form, that is necessary for us to administer your enrolment and subsequent course attendance. The types of personal information we collect and hold may include:

Wherever possible we will collect information directly from you. If you choose not to provide us with the requested information we may not be able to process your training course enrolment application.

Should you wish to correct or amend details, this can be done at the same time.
